To ensure that all guests feel comfortable at Villa Palm Valley and that the home remains in its beautiful condition, we kindly ask you to treat the property, furnishings, and outdoor areas with care. If anything is damaged or not working properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

Smoking and open flames
Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Please use only suitable outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of cigarette butts safely and completely. Open flames are not allowed; the grill may only be used in the designated outdoor area.

Pool and outdoor area
Use of the pool and outdoor area is at your own risk. Children may use the pool only under adult supervision. Please do not use glass bottles or glass containers in the pool area in order to avoid injuries and damage.

Quiet hours and neighborhood
The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and at night. Parties, loud music, and larger gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior express approval. Please clean up after your pets immediately and make sure that the house, garden, and outdoor areas remain clean.

Kitchen, amenities, and grill
Please leave the kitchen, dishes, and amenities clean and start the dishwasher before departure if needed. The grill should be cleaned after use and left in proper condition.

Check-in and check-out
Please observe the agreed check-in and check-out times so that the villa can be prepared on time for the next guests. Key handover or access will take place as agreed in advance.

Safety and departure
Please close all doors and windows when leaving the house. Make sure to take your personal belongings with you; we cannot accept liability for items left behind or lost. The air conditioning should be used responsibly and should not be operated while doors or windows are open.
